Calverna was founded by Jordan, a recruitment professional with over five years of experience placing candidates across engineering, finance and professional services. Having spent his career inside the hiring process, Jordan developed a precise understanding of what employers look for and what separates candidates who secure interviews from those who do not.

Calverna was built on a single principle: that people navigating redundancy deserve individual attention, not an automated template. Every client is supported directly by Jordan from the first conversation through to final delivery. You will always deal with the same person, and that person knows exactly what it takes to get hired.

Get In Touch

Tell us about your requirements, the number of employees involved, and your preferred timeline. We will confirm the right package and provide an invoice.

Employee Onboarded

We make direct contact with each employee and gather all the background information we need. The employer does not need to be involved at this stage.

Programme Delivered

We deliver the agreed package within the confirmed timeframe. Every piece of work is reviewed before it goes to the employee, without exception.

Completion Confirmed

Once the programme is complete, we confirm delivery to the employer or their solicitor. Ongoing support is available for Elite package clients.

What people usually ask

Can your services be referenced in a settlement agreement?

Yes. Our outplacement packages can be included in any settlement agreement and we invoice the employer directly. We are happy to provide written confirmation of our services for legal purposes.

How quickly can you start?

We can typically begin within 24 to 48 hours of instruction. Once the employer has confirmed and the employee is onboarded, we aim to deliver within 5 working days for most packages.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes, we work with organisations and individuals across the whole of the UK. Everything is delivered remotely so there is no restriction based on location.

Who do you invoice?

We always invoice the employer or the organisation instructing us, never the individual employee. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.

How do you handle confidentiality?

All candidate information, the circumstances of any departure, and the identity of the instructing employer are treated as strictly confidential. Nothing is shared outside of the engagement and we will never reference any client or candidate without express written permission. Every engagement is handled with the discretion the situation requires.

What do you need from us to get started?

Very little. We need the name and contact details of the employee, confirmation of the package required, and a purchase order or written instruction to invoice against. We handle everything else directly with the employee from that point, with no further burden on your HR team or solicitor.
